Bis cucina is a popular destination for business functions and weekend journey-makers alike. Chef Jess Lazzaro has created an innovative menu of modern Australian dishes with such offerings as seared scallops with chorizo and oxtail consomme, or a main course of rabbit stuffed with dried fruit and rolled in pancetta, grilled parmesan and Champagne vinegar. Lazzaro's dishes can be paired with wine from a list packed with local pinots and bolder reds.
